1Information We Collect

The App processes and stores the following information locally on your device only. None of this information is transmitted to external servers.

2Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect any of the following:

• Personal identifiers such as name, email address, or phone number
• Device GPS or real-time location data
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic data
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• Access to camera, microphone, contacts, or photos

3Use of Location Information

The App does not access your device's GPS location. Coordinates are obtained only when a user manually enters an address, which is then converted to coordinates using Apple's CLGeocoder framework. This process routes through Apple's servers; however, the address data is not shared with any third party by us.

4Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or disclose user information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• With the explicit consent of the user
• When required by applicable law or legal process
• When necessary to protect the life or property of individuals

5Data Storage and Deletion

All data entered or generated within the App is stored exclusively on the user's device.

• Uninstalling the App from your device permanently deletes all associated data
• We do not retain any user data on our servers
• Data backup behavior depends on your iCloud backup settings

6Encryption and Security

The App uses only standard encryption technologies provided by Apple iOS. No proprietary encryption algorithms or third-party cryptographic libraries are implemented.

This App qualifies for the exemption under U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Part 740.17(b)(1). No export license (CCATS) is required.

7Children's Privacy

This App is a professional business tool designed for ready-mixed concrete dispatch operations and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

8Distribution Territory

This App is developed and distributed exclusively for the Japanese domestic market. It is not intended for distribution, sale, or use in France or any other country outside Japan. We have no plans to make this application available to users outside Japan, either directly or indirectly, now or in the future.

9Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to changes in law or updates to the App. When significant changes are made, we will notify users through an App update. The latest version of this policy will always be available at this URL.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the App.
